What we do

Center of Children´s Hearing Tamtam provides a complex of professional counseling including psychological counseling, speech therapy or audiological counseling. Our clients can also use the services of hearing disabilities counseling.

Early Intervention under Centrum pro dětský sluch Tamtam is registered as a preventive social service at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of Czech Republic. Early intervention provides its service according to standards of quality and according to the Article 54 of the Social Services Act No. 108/2006 Coll.

Center of Children´s Hearing Tamtam publishes a monthly bulletin, a professional quarterly Dětský sluch, conducts an informational portal, publishes specialized publications and also executes informational campaigns.

Social Activation Services for families with children are a type of social service that provides professional help and support for families who can be find in an unfavorable social situation due to the hearing disability. This service is helping to reduce and minimize social exclusion of these families.

Social counseling for those who are hard of hearing and their closed one provides a professional social counseling for all persons with hearing impairment (regardless of the range of hearing disability or the type of hearing disability), for their families and for their closed ones throughout Czech Republic.
